一般財団法人日本医薬情報センター（以下「当財団」といいます）が管理・運営するJapicCTIデータベース（以下「本データベース」といいます）をご利用いただく際には、下記事項を必ずご一読いただき、これらの条件に同意された上でご利用ください。

本データベースに関する商用利用については固くお断りしております。

本データベースは、医療関係者や一般の方への臨床試験に関する情報公開を目的としております。特定の医薬品や治療法等について、医療関係者や一般の方に向けて広告することは目的としていません。

登録・公開されている情報の著作権は各登録者に、登録・公開されている情報以外のすべての著作権は当財団に帰属します。著作権法等で明示的に認められている範囲を超えて、これらの内容を当財団およびその他の所有者に許可なく使用することはできません。

当財団は、本データベースに登録・公開されている情報の完全性、正確性、その他を必ずしも保証いたしません。

当財団は、ここに提供する情報またはその内容を利用することで直接的・間接的に生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負うものではありません。

当財団は、本データベースに付随する機能が完全に動作すること、エラーがないこと、またすべての欠点が修正されることを必ずしも保証いたしません。

個人情報については、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に則り、適正に取り扱うこととします。

本データベースでは、アクセスの傾向や数などの統計分析、本データベースのサーバに問題が生じた場合の原因究明等を目的とし、利用者のIPアドレスを含むアクセスログの記録を管理しています。ログイン状態を除き、アクセスログの記録から個人情報が収集されることはありません。

本データベースの一部のコンテンツでは、サービス向上の検討のためクッキーを利用しています。クッキーにより個人情報が収集されることはありません。

当財団は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、利用者に事前に通知することなく本データベースの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

　（1）本データベースにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合。

　（2）地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本データベースの提供が困難となった場合。

　（3）コンピューターまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合。

　（4）その他、当財団が本データベースの提供を困難と判断した場合。

当財団は、データベースの提供の停止、中断、廃止により、利用者または第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害について、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

当財団は、利用者に通知することなく、本データベースの内容を変更し、または本データベースの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによって利用者に生じた損害について一切の責任を負わないものとします。

当財団は、利用者の承諾を得ることなく、いつでも、本規約の内容を改定することができるものとし、利用者はこれを異議なく承諾するものとします。当財団は、本規約を改定する場合は、ホームページへの掲示等により利用者に通知します。

リンクを設定される際のURLは本データベーストップページ（https://www.clinicaltrials.jp/）へ設定するようお願いいたします。個別情報へのリンクはご遠慮ください。

リンクを設定する場合は、以下の内容をメールにてご連絡ください（連絡先：https://www.japic.or.jp/contact/）。

　　ホームページの内容とURL

　　ホームページを運営する法人名と管理担当者名

　　ご連絡先（住所、電話番号、E-mailアドレスなど）

　　リンク設置の目的

　　設置予定日

また、以下の事実があると当財団が判断した場合はリンクをお断りする場合があります。

　　公序良俗に反するもの。

　　当財団および第三者の著作権その他知的財産を侵害している、または侵害するおそれのあるもの。

　　当財団および第三者の財産、名誉、人格権、プライバシーを侵害している、または侵害するおそれのあるもの。

　　その他、当財団がリンク設定を適切でないと判断した場合。

利用者がここに定める本規約に反し、当財団およびその関係者、または第三者に損害を与えた場合、利用者はその損害を賠償するものとします。

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本データベースの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合には、当財団の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

When you use the JapicCTI database (hereinafter referred to as the "Database") managed and operated by Japan Pharmaceutical Information Center (hereinafter referred to as "JAPIC"), please make sure you read the following and agree to the conditions for use.

Commercial use of the Database is strictly prohibited.

The Database is intended to disclose information on clinical trials to healthcare professionals and the general public. It is not intended to advertise a specific drug or therapy to healthcare professionals and the general public.

Unauthorized reproduction of information registered and published in the Database is prohibited.

The copyrights of the registered and published information belong to the respective registrants, and all copyrights other than those of the registered and published information belong to JAPIC. You are not allowed to use such contents without the authorization of JAPIC or any other copyright holder beyond the scope expressly permitted by the Copyright Act or other laws and regulations.

JAPIC will not always guarantee the completeness, accuracy or any other factors of the information registered and published in the Database.

JAPIC will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the information provided therein or its contents.

JAPIC will not always guarantee that the functions associated with the Database will be fully functional or error free, or that all defects will be corrected.

Personal information will be properly handled in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information."

Access log including the IP addresses of the database users are automatically recorded and managed for the purpose of statistical analysis such as trends and the number of times accessed, as well as investigation of causes when problems occur in the database server.

Cookies are used in some of the Database contents to work on improving services. These Cookies do not contain personal information.

JAPIC may suspend or interrupt the provision of the Database in whole or in part without prior notice to users if it determines that there are any of the following grounds:

(1) When maintenance or an update is carried out on the computer system of the Database;

(2) When it becomes difficult to provide the Database due to a force majeure event such as an earthquake, lightning strike, fire, power failure or natural disaster;

(3) When a computer or a communication line is disrupted due to an accident; or

(4) On other occasions when JAPIC determines it is difficult to provide the Database.

JAPIC will not be liable for any disadvantage or damages suffered by a user or a third party on account of the suspension, interruption or discontinuance of the provision of the Database.

JAPIC may change the contents of the Database or cease the provision of the Database without notifying users and will not be liable for any resulting damages caused to users.

JAPIC may revise the contents of these Terms at any time without obtaining the consent of users, and users will accept this without objection. In case of revising these Terms, JAPIC will notify users of such revision by posting on its website or in some other manner.

Please link to the URL of the top page of the Database (https://www.clinicaltrials.jp/) when creating a link. Please refrain from linking to individual information.

Please email us to inform us of the following when creating a link (Contact:https://www.japic.or.jp/contact/):

Contents and URL of the website;

Name of the corporation that operates the website, and the name of the person in charge of administration;

Contact information (address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.);

Purpose of creating the link; and

Scheduled date of creating the link.

JAPIC may refuse the link if it determines that there are any of the following facts:

Anything which is contrary to public order or morality;

Anything which infringes or is likely to infringe the copyrights or other intellectual properties of JAPIC or any third party;

Anything which infringes or is likely to infringe the property, reputation, moral rights or privacy of JAPIC or any third party; or

Other facts that make JAPIC determine that creating the link is inappropriate.

If a user causes damages to JAPIC and its relevant parties, or a third party in violation of these Terms herein, the user will compensate for such damages.

The interpretation of these Terms will be governed by the laws of Japan. It is agreed that the court with jurisdiction over the location of JAPIC will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the use of the Database.
